"I went on a tour at Wellington Vista as a walk in and was immediately greeted by the listing agent Nicola. Even though my move date isn't until early June, she didn't give me a snarl like other places I have visited. She asked how many bedrooms I was interested in renting and what's my budget was, then proceeded with a tour. The property itself I found to be welcoming, clean, and very quiet. She was very informative, and I look forward to applying closer to my move date."

"Wellington Vista is a great place to live. In my experience, the community is very quiet and I must highlight that the common areas are always impeccable, it is clear that the maintenance team does a great job. It is a pleasure to walk and be in the recreation areas since they are very well maintained. Shout out to the maintenance team for the great job they do!"

"I have lived here 16 months and after reading some of the previous reviews I can see that some people are feeling some of my pain. Yeah, it is a nice place if you get what they advertise on their website. I wanted to overlook the issues I had when I initially moved in and my renewal process. Deborah is the assistant manager...very nice woman when I met her-I can't say that now. She felt that she could talk to people any way she felt and the third party that was on the line with me at the time asked me how could I live at a place where the staff talk to you that way. Trash pick days were missed and yet I tolerated their shortcomings. I asked for touch paint. Last year I got it within 24 hours. I asked for touch up paint for my apartment and I was told that my service order was pending. I went to the office to check on the status-I was told that they were out and as soon as it comes in I will get it. I went to check on the status of my request-nothing is there. My apartment was not even ready for move in...the rails on the balcony were not secure. It was by the grace of God that no one leaned on them when they were out there. I had to live next door to drug dealers and noise until they moved out, Now I got another problem neighbor. Noise at hours that I am trying to rest. I refuse to buy earplugs to relax in a place that I pay to live. I have brought it to the office attention on two separate occasions. The first time I was told there is nothing that can really be done and the second time, unable to reach them on the phone. I am sure there is something in that 50 page lease that should say something about respecting others. This is a nice property that is tucked away by the turnpike. If you're lucky enough to have considerate neighbors you will enjoy coming home."
