"Moved in 3 weeks ago and the process has been painless. Our apartment was in great condition and move in ready. They hired cleaners to come in leaving the place spotless for our move. Their maintenance crew ensured everything was in working order and when we did find a problem they were there within the hour to fix it. The biggest asset eterno has is their team in the front office. They are very responsive and do a great job keeping the residence happy. Attentive, polite, and friendly is the best way I can describe them. Fred and Kim personally helped us with our move and did an amazing job every step of the way! Great community and kept up nicely. Couldn’t be happier with our new home!"

"We moved to Luzano approximately 3 weeks ago and all we have to say is that we are in love with our apartment and the Luzano Complex. We love the fact that there is plenty of parking right next to our apartment. Fred was always very kind and friendly. When he did the tour with us we were sure that Luzano would be the place where we would like to live. Kim also helped us through the process of applying and signing the contract which was very smooth and we had no problems at all. "Living in Luzano has overall been an enjoyable experience. It has been a long time coming that I finally find a place that fits my needs. My apartment is on the corner of the 3rd floor which means high ceilings, extremely quiet (sound proof windows), I do not hear my neighbors ever, the neighbors on the right are on the opposite side of the column in the middle and I have none on the left since its a corner space. Everything in the unit is brand new which means no problems with appliances breaking down and easier to decorate in a minimalist modern style. There's lot's of unexpected storage. The balcony views directly on the lake are incredible for sunrises and sunsets, even during the rain you can sit there and not get wet.There is always parking, no matter what time you get home and it's first come first serve as long as you have your parking sticker. It's very easy to register guest cars online as well. There is 24 hour security. The pool looks like I just stepped into a resort, the gym is very convenient for my workouts in the morning before work, and our dog loves running around the dog park. The valet trash comes 5 nights a week so barely any need to go to the dumpster. I've put in a maintenance request twice for minimal things and both times they have come within 1 or 2 hours. The community hosts events like Sunday brunches at the pool, food truck nights, pizza nights, and movie nights at the pool. Highly recommend."
