"An adult retirement community for seniors on limited fixed incomes. Age and income restrictions. Small, but comfortable, one bedroom suites. Extremely clean and well secured with caring professional Management. Social Worker available to assist residents. Well maintained property. Spacious lighted parking area for residents and guests.. Laundry facilities available. Front-office on-site Management is excellent. Long waiting list (2-3 years or more) and application for residency consideration."
