"DO NOT MOVE HERE! ROACH INFESTATION! They didn't do jack squat to fix it. I had to get a product to get my mom some relief but still roaches were present. The elevators are constantly not working and disgusting. Management is worthless. Gayle and Jessica are extremely rude and their "maintenance" man has a sassy attitude and doesn't do any real maintenance. They constantly refuse to do any repairs or maintenance. There is mold and rust. The floor was literally separating from the baseboards. The fridge was damaged and rusty and they refused to replace. We had to FIGHT to get the outlets working. All but a few were NOT working (HUD VIOLATION). There was BLACK MOLD everywhere. RUN AWAY I BEG YOU. I just left and I can't believe what I had to put up with! The two women working up front are extremely rude and hostile, especially GAYLE! They are shouldn't be in this line of work. They neglect the needs of the senior residents. They treated my mother poorly! We finally got her out of there!"

"If you follow the rules that they constantly change, they will threaten you with a 7 day eviction. No other reason. They try a bully the residents. They can't have a conversation with you, if you disagree, they (especially Jessica) will raise her voice and talk over you. Now you might think that I'm bitter, but this is the common situation. If you're late on cable/Internet, they will threaten you with a 7 day eviction for being late on rent. But, semi-educated people know that's not rent. But once again, BULLYING. And bullying the elderly. Also the office is SO incompetent that they had people's electricity turned off because they were collecting money and "FORGOT" to pay the bill. And because of that you were not able to pay rent there anymore. You've got to go to Walmart to pay and now you have to pay extra because of the service charge. Elevators are always broken (at least one). Roaches are everywhere. Mold growing around the a/c units. I was told that it would always grow back. It's an easy fix but would cost. You would have to rip the wall out and replace with the same kind of backing that you use in the bathroom. Reduces moisture. Common sense!!!!"

"RUN! Do NOT bring your elderly parents here. There is mold in the apartment. We had to FIGHT to get my mother's A/C replaced. Her refrigerator has rust and mold and guess what they did? They PAINTED OVER IT. And one day I caught them delivering a brand new refrigerator to another resident. I'll post the photo. It's clear they have discriminated against my mother. They have allowed the outlets to not function for months. I had to fight to get her outlets fixed, which is a Section 8 violation. I have video of the outlets not working. Her storage closet door fell on her. They went in to "fix" it and its still not fixed. The apartment is falling apart, its a health and safety. hazard. I will complain to HUD."
