"Incredulous and outraged after seeing our flag shredded (see the photos below) while passing by, I pulled into this apartment complex, knocked on the manager's door but no one came to the door. I then asked a resident if he spoke English. He replied something in Spanish and turned away. I asked another if he spoke English, and he replied "No." If you look carefully at the second photo, you will see that one of the shredded stripes actually had been re-tied to the flag pole, so displaying our flag shredded like this was intended."

"When I first move here the private patio was why I didn't change my mind,then I lost it due to a storm,i no longer have the shade tree ,but I have my patio back, I really like the peace and quiet here,thing's are look up at shadetree."
