"Lived here with my family a/c wouldn't work correctly and wouldn't cool down the house the baby would wake up in middle of night because he was sweating because of how hot the house was, when we asked for help the staff said "if you're not happy, then move out", this disgusted me, wont fix the a/c no matter the problem"

"They raise the rent constantly, every time you complain about something they say it's your fault, then because you complain about them coming in without saying anything because they think your not home, they leave the door wide open and say no you did. The AC breaks and they say no it's not because your laundry room door is open, or the water heater busts flooding your apartment and part of your neighbors but they don't want to take it out cuz it's the weekend and they don't work weekends."
