"Apartments have black mold, you will constantly be smelling your neighbors cooking, smoking weed, etc. This place is filled with roaches and if you don’t like living with them in every room, don’t move here! This is a great place to move if you like to do or hear tons of illegal activity like cars doing burn outs across the “lake” late at night and you like to hear gun shots, fireworks and parties. My neighbors liked to SET ON FIRE clothes, shoes, etc in the parking lot right next to the side walk in front of people’s front doors and near everyone’s cars! Washers and dryers you have to PAY for and the two years I lived there they were constantly broken. Don’t move here and save yourself an awful experience of never being fully comfortable and relaxed in your own home. This is the WORST place I’ve ever lived!"

"I appreciate the handling of proper documentation and the scrutiny in requesting for the required documents, I believe it's your procedure, but I am getting to know the reason behind it. I think you are weeding the best apples from the bad ones. I am realizing a peaceful atmosphere with responsible tenants. The environment is clean with no flying papers or debris, and the residents seem to be peaceful. The apartment is OK with an overall 3.5 stars: kitchen 2.0 living room 4.0, bedrooms 4.0 bathroom 2.0 leaking marks to ceiling, dropping paint, probably a leaking ceiling. The floors: kitchen 4, living room 3.5, bedrooms 4.5, bathroom 2.5, closet 4.5. The staff is credible, respectful, and very engaging and business like professionals. The maintenance team is prompt to requests, and I am grateful. Thanks to all."

"Lived here three years. Rent is affordable, especially in the South Florida area. Every time I’ve had an issue, I’ve contacted them and the maintenance staff is here that day to fix the problem. Maintenance staff definitely goes above and beyond to help out. And they are doing a good job renovating the place, constantly improving. Only major criticism I have is the washing machines, which break down constantly, and Aaxon the company in charge of maintaining the machines (independent of Costa Del Lago) needs to put in new machines that don’t break down constantly. Otherwise, Costa Del Lago is a fine place to live, especially with such affordable rent."

"They are really a blessing I love this place I’ve been here for 3 years and no big problem. But there is improvements that needs to be made. They need to not charge for garbage, the garbage people does not pick them up most of the time and the trash bin is literally 1 min away we can throw it out our selves. I would love if they can pick up their phones or give residents a call back."

"On my move in day which was 12/27/2019 I saw a roach in the kitchen cabinet. I advised the leasing agent Jasmine to have the apartment sprayed. Needless, to say later that day there was an apparent roach infestation in the apartment. Roaches crawled from the kitchen cabinets, baseboards, stove, wall and even in the bedroom! Not to mention the apartment had a very musty smell. It was disgusting! The manager and Jasmine are aware of the roach infestation and are not helping to resolve the matter amicably. I did not move to Costa Del Lago to live with roaches! The roach infestation was so bad that I moved out less than 24 hours. This place lack customer service and professionalism! I was told that I would be given a refund and to look forward to an email from the regional manager a week ago. So far I have not received any email, apology from either the leasing agent, manager or regional manager regarding this matter. Take your hard money elsewhere!! There are better apartments in the area that doesn't contain roaches! I have more pictures and videos. The ones posted below are nothing compared to what I experienced."
