"Its the worst, if you a problem in your unit don't even to call because no one will ever come to fix it even the girls in the office say they have your work order or maintenance people start something and don't finish even if you keep calling they'll say they'll someone and no one will show up. What i don't understand is that you have to pay your rent every month on time if your late they charge you so much money and when you need something done in you unit its never"

"Tallman Pines used to be a decent place to live but now it's become horrible. The rent raises at least three times a year. Random charges come up. The staff put a note on everyone's doors for every little thing, frequently. There aren't enough parking spaces for everyone and cars get towed. They use excuses like Pest Control or inspections as an opportunity to go through your belongings and household while you're not home. The staff is very disrespectful. They have even been recorded bad-mouthing the tenants and snooping. They enter the apartment and exaggerate everything that they see and sometimes bluntly lie. They even come in with a camera and start taking pictures of everything except what they exaggerate about. Tallman Pines is not a good place to live."

"living in different apartments in broward for several years. tallman pines has the smallest 3 bedrooms in broward. rent goes up 45$ every 6 months. office staff are very rude, put 7 days notices on everyone's doors over any issue. rent cant be paid in cash, but random fee's have to be in cash with no reciept. maintence staff are more like little kids they report everything they see to office staff... i dont own any pets but i was called to office twice for my dog leaving poop on the font door, "your maintence staff have seen you walking a dog" i have no dog. random inspection and they give you a warning for having dirty dishes. dont own a bike you cannot keep it inside ther is no space and cannot lock it outside the it will get stolen. pray to a god nothing breaks because they wont fix it for free because its no their fault. nieghbors told me they had to pay several 100's to keep their animals. dont choose tallman pines too dam expensive for nothing."
