"DO NOT MOVE HERE! THE APARTMENT COMES WITH ROACHES! the landlord cares about no one but herself never is in the office is constantly rude to non-Hispanic tenants the maintenance crew if that’s even what you’d call the three stooges are under qualified don’t fix anything properly and take forever to come after putting in a request Claudia is to busy trying to pull wool over the eyes of new tenants so much to where the complex is lacking the gate is broken yet she charged us 20 dollars for a key fob there’s no surveillance so beware if anything happens there will be no record of it. the whole complex is honestly a mess and certainly not WORTH 1800 a month!"
"I’m responding to jahz M comments! There’s always two side to the story, tenant lived at one of our other property and had asked for a transfer to the other, which we allowed. Upon their move out the apartment was left dirty per my maintenance guy David. I contacted the tenant husband about the situation which was denied, however, maintenance took a video of the condition of the unit. Her husband came to the office arguing about the charges and that he left it cleaned. Apparently our standard of clean isn’t there’s. I believe if a unit was given to you cleaned then it should be surrendered clean less the normal wear, note! Tenant had a dog at their new place in which everyday they left the dirty doggy bag at the front of their door, other tenants had to pass by and see. They were told numerous time about this but continued, are we not supposed to say something ? But yet tenant only chose to say their side of the story! Which brought about this review. Pool was closed and the pool company was notified of the situation since our pool motor had died it caused the water to turn lightly green as this is normal since the chlorine wasn’t being dispensed. I have been in this business for 30 years and have seen and heard it all. There are situations that are legit and we work in correcting as we are all human beings."

"My mother currently lives here. Has been for about two years now. She has had a bug problem the entire time, every-time she would call and complain they would say she would have to pay extra even though they had someone that come out periodically. Also she constantly has an issue with the A/C unit in the apartment. Every few weeks she has to call someone because it broke down. Conveniently most of the times it breaks down on a Friday hours before they close and you’re not able to get in contact with any one from the office regardless of making phone calls or knocking at the office door. She is currently without A/C for probably the third time this year it’s 3:14pm there is no one at the office and you’re not able to have the phone call go through. There also is no emergency after hours phone number to call. Maintenance crew is cool but other than that everyone is very lazy and could careless about your complaints."
"Worst place to live in. Be careful and record what is said with maintenance and the office people. Especially the maintenance guy by the name of Al. Most laziest and dramatic person I've ever met. I'm lazy but he takes that crown for sure. Pool was never cleaned it's black and a hazard to the health Especially for the kids playing feets away at the playground."
