"RUN !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! DO NOT MOVE HERE !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! RUN Worse Experience Ever. Unprofessional staff and HOA. Over a dozen AC units are not working in the complex. The rent is overpriced at $1,900.00 for a small 1/1. They run the property like it's sober - living. There are too many rules. They monitor and treat you like inmates VS paying customers. The two amenities are only available during office hours for supervision. The AC unit completely stopped working three weeks ago and hasn't been resolved. This is Summer Time in Florida, and the unit has been 94 degrees for three weeks. They send people to your apartment at inappropriate times at night to work, and the issues NEVER get resolved."
"From the beginning of the move in process it has been a nightmare to be involved with this place and its owners. Only one of the owners has been somewhat attentive and kind and it was only on one occasion(I unfortunately don’t know her name). Stephanie, however, is the most incompetent person I’ve come to meet. Not only did she receive our first, last, and security and not answer for about a week afterwards, she also didn’t send over the lease, stating that she needed payment first. I then only received the lease from the other owner, who said it was all ready and in an email draft how nice!…but it never got sent. Stephanie even LIVES HERE HERSELF, but is never anywhere to be seen, never answers the business number, and doesn’t answer her personal email/cellphone. As for living experience wise, our neighbors across from us were evicted 2 weeks after we moved in. I’ve been threatened by random people idling in my neighborhood blocking my parking spot with their vehicle by asking and honking for them to move repeatedly. A couple had a fight in a building across from us and threw all their belongings (furniture, clothes, cleaning supplies, etc) off their balcony at 2am onto the sidewalk where it sat for 5 days. The trash is never not piled up and leading out to the road. The gate is always broken. The stickers to let you into the neighborhood don’t work. Your parking spot is never guaranteed due to the fact random people park WHEREVER and the towing company only comes during the day, or only at night if the owners of the complex call. They only want to take your money and leave you to your own devices. Do not move here. I’m leaving as soon as I can. Only positive thing I’ve seen is them painting buildings, which is purely to lure/convince people to stay or move here and never see their money again."
"Management/maintenance will let the trash bins overflow into the street, to the point that we had to leave our trash in front the dumpster as there was no other place. Management went through my trash bag and found a letter to send me written notice claiming I left the entire overflow (easily half a ton of garbage). It isn’t the residents fault that you don’t provide ample space for garbage and aren’t organized enough to get trash removed effectively. You legitimately spend more money paying staff to dig through garbage bags and send warnings than it would cost to remove the trash. I find it hilarious that you spend more time and money being incompetent than fixing the root of the problem. Also, I found live 9mm rounds in the parking lot numerous times along with the odd heroin needle or two."
"This place is the worst to live or move to living here 4 years and I can’t believe when the new management came in everything went to bad. Stephanie Q ( leasing consultant) is literally the worse! She’s rude. Goes through people trash to charge them fees. Never sends maintenance or anything when requested. This place has huge pest problem!! Roaches on roaches !!!! I’ll sue just for probably giving me asthma. So disgusting. I’m so glad I can finally leave this disgusting place!!! And the trash man they don’t do anything about it. It’s because Stephanie is too busy with her boyfriend to care for the community."
"If you are planning on moving to Courtney Park please don’t, this is what you would have to deal with and see everyday. Trash is everywhere, the gate has been broken for months. I’ve seen rats crawling around the trash and raccoons. Paper and trash always on the ground around the apartment area. It’s not worth it for the price you have to pay for rent. This place is disgusting. If I can give no stars I would."
