"I’m a resident here and while I like living here and enjoy my apartment, getting in touch with the landlord or maintenance is not the greatest and it’s like you have to beg them to do things that they should already be keeping up with. I’ve had a request for almost a month now for a new filter and I haven’t gotten a response or the filter switched yet. And it wasn’t like this the first year I moved into aviara green, as I mentioned overall it’s a good quiet community but getting in touch with someone and communicating needs to be better."

"Extremely Unprofessional scheduled a 9 am tour and received a confirmation email of the tour. There’s no leasing office no one came to “greet me.” I’ve called the office multiple times with no answer, but after 15mins of calling, I was told that “they will put in a message that I was there.” I ended up waiting for an hour with no one showing up. This was a huge waste of time as I even explained to the representative that I had work, so I would need to arrive early for a quick tour. After an hour of waiting, I spoke to the property manager over the phone, who claimed that they sent a text message to confirm; however, they could not confirm what phone number they sent the message to. They did not call, email, nothing. If this is how they treat future residents, I can’t imagine how they treat their current tenants."

"Amazing community, brand new, affordable, and safe. The move in process is effortless. It is hard getting someone on the phone initially but if you ask for a call back they will get back to you. Honestly if you're interested and see an opening just apply because then they will take you serious and not just someone casually browsing. Today's market is crazy, so speed is the word here. Everyone was very nice and answered my questions quickly."

"Honestly, and truly, I wish I could give this place zero stars I have been trying to reach out to the leasing office for over two months to have somebody give me information and to tour the property and to look at an available unit and all you get is routed to the call center and nobody calls you back nobody can help you with anything. This property is extremely unprofessional and the whole process is extremely frustrating. All I would like to do is view the property and view the available units, so I know what I am leasing. The unprofessionalism is out of this world."
