"This place is a joke the managers don’t greet you when you come in, they leave at 4:30 when the office is supposed to close at 6pm. You walk in to speak to someone and they are all on their phones laughing or drinking on the job. I think corporate needs to do a surprise visit in this office. You have gabby who is a manager and doesn’t know absolutely anything, and looks down on people like we aren’t anybody or anything. Than you have Lisa who is nasty and does like helping and put her daughter Ciara to do her job, and also she puts her youngest daughter to put flyers on residents doors. This place is like a family affair! The place has a lot of roaches, the bathroom is clogged, there’s mold, light fixtures don’t work, and nobody care. When you file a complain so maintenance can come out they tell you that the have no maintenance worker on the premises. How do you have an apartment complex and don’t have the proper employees running the place!"

"Everyone in the leasing office is wonderful! I I stopped by with an Inquiry about rent and to see the crossings apts area over all. The office answered my questions and I felt I was genuinely listened to. Office staff was extremely professional and knowledgeable about premises. "I’ve been living here going on 2 years and I can honestly say I’m super happy with the staff and management improvements. Lisa especially, she’s been here since I moved in and has been completely helpful the entire time she makes it her business to do everything she says she will do and I am forever grateful for her always keeping her word and professionalism. I’m very impressed with the new property manager Gabby, she makes me feel like she cares and for the first time I actually trust that she does want the best for her tenants here as a property manager. Ciara and Ally, are the key part to the operation they are very efficient in making sure everything is in place.. I’m over all super pleased with where I live and the staff, always welcoming when I come into the front office I LOVE IT.. thank you guys for always helping me."
