"Price and space is great. Lots of appliance issues at move in that continue to arise. My neighbors don't leash their dog or pick up after them. I can't let my dog out on my porch for extended periods of time (although it doesn't affect anyone) The ants are relentless -- we clean every day leave no dirty dishes trash outside with exterminator 1-2x a month Our cars were broken into at our old apartment building so we moved here, a "gated" community where the gates haven't worked the entirety of our stay (August 2023-present) SO it makes sense economically, spaciously, and overall neighborhood cleanliness, however it comes with a price of frustration."

"I have been living here since 2021 and it’s always peace and quiet. Landscape is always done in a timely matter. Everybody in the office is nice and friendly greeted once you walk in maintenance team is awesome as soon as you put a maintenance request they do come within 24 to 48 hours. Max never had an issue. Free parking, pool and gym Great as well. Renee is awesome from the office. I always have dealt with her since I’ve been here. She has patience to answer all questions. Always willing to help. Also, great location nearby, shopping Publix."

"Great amenities such as pool, gym, dog park, gated, and free parking. Lockers for package delivery. Always ducks, birds, and lizards around which is fun if you like to take walks and see cute animals!"

"I had my lunch break for a full hour. I got there and I wasn’t even able to see an apartment because the golf cart wasn’t even ready. I made this appointment online and i wasted my time. I wanted to really yell at the lady for being disorganized. Definitely not living here. Thanks for wasting my time and energy. What kind of apartment complex has just 1 golf cart. I made this appointment earlier in the day. Very sad"
