"When I moved here in 2019 the community manager at the time was amazing and the staff was great. The road took a long time to get ready but finally got done in 2023 and it came out beautifully. The reason I give it a one star is the new management company. They are very unprofessional. They do not know what they're doing. When taking someone off a lease, you are supposed to send a new lease to the residents to sign a new lease so that way it reflects the person off the lease. They just send you an email saying that person is off the lease .Very unprofessional. I wish Luma was back."

"Was scheduled for a tour of a unit. Showed up 45 mins early to make sure that I was more then on time. As I’m getting out of my car at 3pm on time the office person is loaded up with someone else. I get to the door just to see a sign stating they are away showing a unit and will not be back until an hour later. This was so disappointing and disrespectful of my time. I traveled pretty far just to get that type of service. Just sad…."
