"They need to change the staff when you inquire about renting an apartment there. Very racist the lady who I spoke with doesn’t have good customer service skills. They want you to pay 75.00 and you would not be guaranteed an apartment. So why pay 75.00. I need to find out who’s in charge and make an official complaint against them."

No matter how busy Rolando is; he is always willing to take time to assist you. He is always cheerful and is an important asset to San Michele Management team. Thanks!"

"If I could give this place zero stars...I would. Myself and my family have reside here for about four years. Within these four years we have gone through horrible management who have no knowledge of what professionalism, basic managerial procedures as well as customer service is. This place is a rip off and like others have said if you care about you family as well as your well being, seek other residence. I have complained to the front office in regards to mold being in my home for almost one year. I was informed that it was going to be taken care of, but no one has come to see about it. They harass residents about late fees, though people have sent their rent off early and due to the postal service having problems, they place the blame on the resident. They try to force residents to provide their banking information as a way to ensure that the rent is there on time, which does not make any sense. Many residents have complained about Fraud and that they do not feel comfortable with providing their banking information, but no one gives a clear answer to anything. The front staff can't give you any information regarding the payment process as it is handle by a third party down in Miami. Please do your research before renting here..... Will be going to the better business bureau and health department."
