"This by far has been one of the easiest process I've ever been through! The application process was simple, the wait list I was on four months. Not ever, have I ever received anything but caring courteous individuals during my entire process. Nicole is the sweetest, always there for any questions or concerns I had! Her assistant (I'm so sorry forgot her name) is also a gem!! Im so happy to finally be an resident & I'm loving my unit!! I plan to be a resident for a while! These ladies are awesome!"

"I have to say that although there has been a few instances where others and even myself in this community have suffered some loss and maybe even haven’t had their requests for maintenance done in a timely manner. One thing that is certain is every time I have voiced any of my concerns with Nicole, she has worked very hard and diligently to help the best way she can. She has done so with kindness and professionalism! I appreciate every person that works with her that has been very hard working in trying to provide a safe and clean environment for all of us to live in and hope it continues to get even better."

"My experience with the Admin staff,namely Lashauna and Nicole was simply exceptional. Their customer service is world class, they also possess great interpersonal skills that reflected beautifully with how they interacted with me throughout the leasing process. There were delays with the availabilty of my apartment and I received up to the minute communication about it's status until it became available for move in. The environment is as peaceful and quiet as promised from the above mentioned staff. I Love living here so far, I will post updated reviews. I would definitely recommene this place"

"I’ve been living at woodlake for 6 years and I plan to renew my lease this upcoming year. What keeps us here is the way the community is maintained but most of all the staff. Javish the property manager is wonderful. I’ve never seen someone work so hard and go above and beyond for her residents. I’m happy that she finally has an assistant who can help her. She needed someone like her. She’s extremely sweet. The maintenance team are great. I have no complaints about this community. I’m happy to be a resident at Woodlake."

I always see the property manager staying past work hours. The leasing guy, make sure we are okay and always updating us on new information. Javish and her staff are always happy and that energy is contagious. The property is really doing a lot better and it’s always clean."
