"I love the apartments here, especially that they offer ones that are two story with a loft. The units have unique features like built-in shelving, entertainment center, and wet bars. There are also soooo many amenities, and they even have an indoor basketball court AND a brand new pickleball court!"
"Please make sure research is properly completed before deciding to rent here. Yes, from afar it looks very well put together and modern but they are far from it. We've been living here nearly a year and have seen many maintenance issues that have either not been addressed or take an excessive amount of time to repair. Our gates have been wide open for nearly six months, while the issue has been "discussed" via email only ONCE, stating that the issues were going to be fixed. To this day, they are still wide open and we haven't had the any updates regarding the matter, it's the least I could expect (I have called multiple times and I'm sure I'm not the only one and have been told the same thing over and over). In addition, there are four pools on property, and there have been multiple times where only one (leasing office obviously) is clean and running. The others have been foul, green and full of mosquitos. Trash pick up has been a disaster lately as well, with sometimes even going up to five days with no pickup. I'm not expecting things to be fixed in a blink of an eye, but I know there is so much room for improvement in the management level for this location."
"11/29/23-UPDATED REVIEW I’ve been here for 3 months and have decided to move in Jan. The same issues I had the first week living here are still ongoing. GMy building is nasty and noisy. The people in this building throw glass beer bottles on the ground and most recently, used Covid masks! The breezeways are filthy and need to be pressure washed and repainted. There is a monthly “valet” trash fee and dumpster fee totaling around $40 per month. However, there is still a major trash issue. There is always bags of trash, large furniture, boxes etc piled up around the dumpster or stacked in the parking lot. The leasing office staff, as stated before, are nice and professional. However, there seems to be a disconnect with what actually happens on site and seems to be impossible to fix. I am still sending emails to complain about the noise from the same resident. I was also confronted by a resident for making a credible complaint. Do NOT move here if you are a professional looking for a certain quality of life. I understand that I am very sensitive to loud noises and some people would probably not care. But, that does not negate the fact that everyone is entitled to a peaceful home. I moved here 30 days ago and I have not had a pleasant experience. The ladies in the leasing office are very nice and professional however, I believe there should be stricter rules enforced and fines for the residents here. I have not had a peaceful day or night here because it is noisy. The gym and clubhouse area is a hangout for kids unattended by their parents. I get a daily concert of blasting music and banging. There is also a major trash problem. Every single weekend this is what the area near the compactor looks like, and NO the compactor is not full. This is also next to the entrance so this is what greets you and your guests. People here do not take pride in where they live and it shows. There is always an empty can, glass beer bottle, candy wrapper or potato chip bag on the ground and in the parking lot. We have valet trash, but people regularly place bags outside their door on the ground and I’ve seen a rat because of this.I’ve expressed my thoughts to the leasing office already and I will not be renewing my lease here."
