"Two years now and they cannot repair my apartment, when it rained one of the bedroom is flooded. The situation has reported several times, each time they said that contractor is coming to do the repair, but everything remain the same."

"Management is the worst work orders can’t take months to be completed. The amenities have been closed since 2020. The place is filthy people smoked you can you can hear everything from your neighbor it is the worst experience ever."

"This has been the worst experience in my history of renting . Starting with my lease documents not being issued correctly . To my work orders never being addressed in a timely manner. The management was very rude and unprofessional . There was only 2 people that was very helpful and professional . Which was aja and Fatima. Carissa new property manager is very rude and Charlene . I would never recommend anyone to live here . Very stressful to live here . Although Fatima corrected all my issues . It was a headache to enjoy my stay here . DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY"
