"I love this place because I was tired of neighbors who didn't follow rules. This complex has a lot of people from Europe; many Germans, Scandinavians, British. Very conservative. Everyone is retired, no kids, no pets. Most people golf or play shuffleboard. Love the quiet."

"Great place for law and order. No children allowed. No pets allowed. Quiet times for retirees. IMPORTANT: never rent a condo here for under the 3 month minimum. the property management will evict you, lock you out of your condo, and put your personal belongings out on the curb, then you'll have to fight with the owner to get your money refunded. you're better off staying at a hotel anyway since there's not a beach within two miles of this complex."
