"Nice neighborhood, quiet and friendly. Apartments are quite cozy. Affordable rent prices. Amenities are quite accessible to all tenants. 7pm gate closes and it's safe for all tenants to have a pleasant sleep at night. Maintenance staff is always courteous, respectful man friendly. Great group of technicians working throughout the entire complex. I had not run into any issues while living here. Great place to live, honestly. Friendly front office, management always on top of things, taking care of any small maintenance if needed to be looked at in my apartment. 5 stars. No doubt."
"Terrible place to live. Something is always constantly breaking and based on age they are very biased when it comes to putting notices on your door every other day. I was here for 3 years and got a non renewal on my door 2 months before my lease was to be renewed, when asked why they said "oh we might just be renovating that building next year" yet when asking all my neighbors in the same building. I was the only one. Management never answers and they do not care who pays bills on time. The gate is always open 24/7 the parking is terrible, they've replaced all but about two girls in the front office and the on site pest control is about useless as nothing they do ever work. The on site maintenance comes out to fix things temporarily to the best of their knowledge but can't do anything else based on what they don't know. I would avoid this place at all cost."
"This is a nice community. The gates are open during the day and closed at night. Parking CAN be tight, so it makes sense they tow expired tagged cars or wrecked cars since ive seen those take up space in other apartments. I haven't had any issues. Maintenance truly does try. Things break, go out, etc... I just call the office and they submit a request right away. I've noticed this place has odd policies, like the expired tags getting towed, the gate closed at night and an extensive application process, because they've had issues in the past. If you're patient, flexible with the move in date by 7- 10 days, have your paperwork ready to go, you'll be happy here. Bryann and the office manager worked with me and my application for over a week. Over 35 emails sent back and forth, and not once was anyone short, rude or impartial towards me when I called or emailed. (It was my paperwork that held things up in the end) Overall, I highly recommend Park Place! I'm super grateful I was able to get a place here. The office ladies were all wonderful, the apartment was clean and perfect! Maintenance was out here quick for a light switch."
"This place is horrible!!! The parking is horrible and they send out emails threatening to have your car towed if you park near the office. I have been on a waiting list for a parking place for 4 1/2 months. They gave a parking place to my neighbor that moved in a month after me. My air conditioner went out and they let me go 13 days with no air when it was 97degrees outside. They put a small window unit in my bedroom and expected me to live like that. It was 87 degrees in my apartment and I could not cook or spend any time outside of my bedroom. They could not understand why I was upset. Don't even try to contact the manager, she will not speak with you. The rent might be cheaper here, but it is for a reason. AVOID THIS PLACE!!!"
"We've lived here for 10+ years and here's my honest review. The place is a bubble. Totally different atmosphere than what surrounds this community. It's safe. Close to everything. The office ladies are great, they really go out of their way to help and have proven to go above and beyond at every presented opportunity. If there's ever an issue they're right on top of it. The maintenance crew are great too. Two teams working simultaneously together in unison makes this place feel like a home. Thank you for providing a safe community to call home. Now please add a playground for all the kids to have a safe place to play because your brand new asphalt is extremely unforgiving."
