"I LOVE integra lakes. The office staff is so personable and always communicate well. The property is quiet and clean. The maintenance crew is so kind and I love seeing their smiling faces as they wave good morning. We just re signed our lease and we are very happy to stay longer. We have lived in many apartment complexes, this one is a top contender. I would highly recommend to anyone looking for a beautiful place to live."

"Poorly put together, staff is rude and bias. Can't even smoke in the parking lot. Empty promises or car was or speed bumps. People fly through parking lot at 30+ including staff. Computer lab is constantly bombarded with kids who just play games, so if you have a college assignment or business to do on the computer good luck. Also good luck being able to find a parking spot. I lived in front building and had to park by the building 3 buildings over. Lastly the golf course that is connected to the parking lot, my truck has been hit with idk how many golf balls. Replaced 2 windshields and had dents all in my truck. I have asked both the apartments and golf course to pay for damages and also to put a net up and they both denied both. You shouldn't have to worry about damage to your vehicle when you are in your apartment. Also they allow subleasing and I can't tell you how many illegal immigrants there are there. I only know this because a guy from Venezuela hit my truck had no insurance and I asked for identification and they had nothing. But yeah the brochure is nice and so is the maintenance man but other than that I'll let you make your own experiences."

"My opinion today: Overpriced for what it offers. Nice inside? Yeah,,, there are many other places out there with “luxury” looks. Now: how about: horrible parking, hallways stink like dirty animals and in the morning there’s dog poop/urine smell in every entrance. Nice pool. Clubhouse and cyber cafe?: gorgeous, and convenient for others ( people who work at night or stay- home mothers. If you are one of those out there working in the day like majority; don’t even bother because they recently change it to operate only during office business hours. The place is good looking, but that is all. Ahh,,, forgot to mention you hear every people business too. This place is a catch. Can’t wait for lease to be over."

"This is the best possible living choice you could make. I've lived here for almost three months and my experience has been absolutely perfect. Quiet building, beautiful surroundings, and management is incredible. Everyone in the office is so helpful and they take care of issues ASAP. Maintenance is also quick to fix everything! I've lived many places and this is by far the best. Highly recommend!"
