"I have called this property at least 5x this week and no one answers. I left a voicemail hoping for a callback, but still no response. I even called the corporate office to inquire about the property and they gave me a local number to try instead of the 800 number AND STILL NO RESPONSE. If the office is only open from 9am-1pm M-F and you cannot book an appt unless you contact someone directly (because there is no booking directly on the website), how are they renting? Waste of my time. Was hoping that my Mom would be able to find somewhere nice to stay, but I am concerned that if no one is in the office to just answer the phone, then what can she expect when it comes to responding to a tenant."

"Do not move here or let your parents live here! They do not fix anything, there is leaks throughout the entire complex, mildew in the walls, there has been sitting water in the garage for over 3 years that is algae with flies everywhere, they are towing elderly peoples cars that live there and saying they parked in the wrong spot, the office is never open and getting in contact with someone is nearly impossible... I could keep going!"
