"If not the fact everything is so expensive being near Orlando I would give this 5 stars. I have not had any problems at all besides the weird rule of not able to back into your parking spot. 1550 for a two bed one bath no matter the area just seems crazy"

"Day two of signing my lease and I have yet to be able to move in. I mean sure these are old units so I did not set my expectations too high. Upon walking in I was hit with a humid stale air, unit did not smell nor appear to have been cleaned for a new move in as there is visible dirt in carpets and dirt stains on the kitchen floor. There are no microwaves ! And no ice maker for the fridge which hey I can work with that. Window sill in back room next to the master appears to have fuzzy mold. AC behind bedroom window knocks!! I mean no wonder they don’t allow you to view a unit until move in day. Office staff is nice and appears attentive to emails however , I was advised that pest control was coming today and my unit would be treated . Ac appears to not be cooling correctly which also was told would be addressed and has not been. BUT WAIT ! It gets worst. Rodent droppings underneath kitchen sink ! I was told there were no complaints of previous rodents (lucky me I guess) .. this is the reason pest control was to come by today but did not. I go by tonight to clean up my unit since clearly it was not and find MORE droppings in the same area. I do have three small children and this is not ok. Thank god my company offers legal services . What apartment doesn’t supply you with a copy of the lease upon completion ? I should have noticed the red flags but I did not and now I am stuck in a unit that is not safe for my children. If this is not rectified and addressed immediately I will be going to the health department, legal team and/or the news so that no one else is blindsided in this way! I will be coming back daily to provide updated details! Please if you are looking to rent here RECONSIDER all of this and we are only on day 2.$"

"My biggest regret is moving here. It feels like maintenance will not show up unless you threaten with a lawsuit or you warn them you’re going to call the authorities. You constantly have to harass the office to get anything done, and although they’re nice, it doesn’t make up for how awful the maintenance team is. They bumped rent up 15% in one year despite the building being old, broken down, and poorly maintained. Laundry machines are mostly broken and ineffective and there’s never enough parking. I work during late/early hours and as a small young woman, it’s terrifying to have to walk this close to semoran and just hope I don’t get jumped because I had to park my car several minutes from my apartment. Learn how to maintain a building yourself and load up on the pepper spray before moving here."

"Loved here for a year. The 2/2 is spacious with open floor plan but they are Horrible with communication and following up with issues pertaining the Apt. They are the reason I Bought a FIREARM, They would come in unannounced without me having any work orders. I thought I was being broken into when I would come home and would see my front door was unlocked and you can tell someone had been in there. I'm a single father with two minors and that's the worst fear. I also had a rat issue ( very clean apt) and it kept going after the bread. I had to let them know I was going to get the Health dept involved if they didn't do anything. All they did was deliver me some snap trap from the dollar store and I had to set them up myself. They Towed my car bc I was in a corner spot and it was on the line where there was no other spots to my right They said it was illegal to park like that anywhere in FL. Paid $250. Meanwhile literally every other car is parked way past the lines and had expired tags . AVOID THIS PLACE"
