1020 at Winter Springs

"This is by far the worst apartment I have ever lived in. Everything is CHEAP the floors rip and the paint in the shower comes up. They have a plumbing company coming into our apartments drilling big holes everywhere. I feel like I’m living on a construction site. My water has been cold for while now. The rent goes up every month and the fees don’t make sense. They claim this is luxury and it’s not! DO NOT MOVE HERE. This apartment has been the worst experience ever since I moved here . Since I’ve been moved here I have seen so many people move in and they barely stayed here a MONTH and have already moved out due to this apartment. Take your money else where. 1020 at winter springs is not worth it."

"I am new to the property would like to say that Sierra is AMAZING. Very pleasant and you have been the most helpful assistant manager I appreciate your efforts and for maintaining such a highly professional manner. She is AWESOME. Terry is an amazing maintenance tech he is reliable, shows that cares and always trying to assist with any request. He always takes the initiative to get things done around the property when others have not. Will not allow anyone else to take care anything relate to my unit. THEY ARE AMAZING. "I’m new here but so far I love it. My move in process was super smooth and my leasing agent Sierra was amazing knowledgeable and super patient with me while I worked thru my own issues. There was very minor work that needed to be done when I moved in Sierra and Terry the maintenance man made sure I was a priority. Terry came In and inspected my place and didn’t give me a hard time at all he fixed it and made sure I was satisfied before leaving. Super clean and The area is nice and peaceful I highly recommend 1020"

"I visited the apartments while looking for a new apartment home. The staff were very friendly and helpful. I looked at the 2 bed 1 bath 810 sq ft. It’s definitely an older complex but pretty well maintained. I will say this should not be listed as a 2 bedroom. The master bedroom is very small. The second bedroom is so small it would not even fit my Chihuahua’s bed in there!"

"I am sharing this review to praise Terry, the current maintenance manager at 1020 at Winter Springs. He always shows the initiative to get things done around the property when others have not. I have lived here for six years and have seen a lot of staff and management come and go. The current staff seems to be trying to improve the property and correct issues such as smoking weed and cigarettes in or around the apartment buildings and being exposed to second hand smoke through the walls and air. If you have PTSD or are sensitive to noise, it is best to live on the top floor. With no carpeting or padding under the vinyl floors, the noise pollution can be raucous. Thank you Terry for caring!
