"Maintenance came in and did not lock up. I addressed this issue with the office and Lolita is believing maintenance over their resident paying $1400/month for a one bedroom. Will be leaving as soon as lease is up because they clearly don’t care about the safety of their residents or know how to properly communicate when mistakes are made."

"For the past eleven years I have lived here at Mosswood. To me one of the best benefits to living here is all the units are one story, so nobody has someone living above them. It's quiet and peaceful and my neighbors are all nice. Each unit has its own front patio. I really enjoy spending time in my own personal space relaxing and taking care of my plants after a hard day. The grounds are always nicely maintained making walks around the neighborhood very pleasant. The ladies who work in the office are always so kind and helpful and go out of their way to make me feel more like a valued family member rather than just a customer. Living here feels like being part of a community and I'm happy to call it home."

"This place has as good of a price to quality ratio as I could have hoped for in a fairly cheap apartment, especially for something located in Winter Springs, FL. For those who don't know, Winter Springs is probably the safest suburb of Orlando and one of the nicest ones too. It's also reasonably close to downtown Orlando and the beach. So, while this apartment may be significantly more expensive than some of the absolute cheapest apartments you can find in the greater Orlando area, it's still a great price for living in Winter Springs, which is normally a very pricey area. In the 9 months I have lived here there have been absolutely zero issues with crime, vandalism, or even noise. All the people I have met here are super friendly too. I would also say this is one of those cheap apartments where having a great staff has made a huge difference and made me feel like I have been really getting a bargain on this place. Sarah and Lolita are really good at answering questions and concerns along with being super friendly. The office and maintenance is really good about giving you plenty of ways to contact them, even after hours, to help with issues too. But luckily I have had barely any issues that have needed fixing while living here. And the few things that have needed to be resolved were taken care of quickly."

"Sarah Is awesome. She is very kind person. She works at front office and also lives in Mosswood Apartments. She always returns phone calls and texts from all residents. Is always there to help fellow residents with whatever she can. I have lived here for almost three years and is great place to live. I just renewed my lease for upcoming third year. I’m very happy being a resident here."

"Under the apartments is open space that floods when it rains. This leads to soft floors that arent treated wood which eventually deteriorate away. I lived there for 2 years and every 6 months new spots would come up. They repaired only a few sections first, than never came back to do anything. Upon me telling them im moving out.i watched one of the office ladies multiple times leaves notes about the damage in my paper work. But as soon as i officially moved out the unit they tallied the damages and put it in collections. Ontop of this they do not inform you that you can not pay the last months rent on their site. Even tho i asked before leaving town and they assured me i would be able to i had to drive 8 hours back just to drop of a cashiers check which could have been taken care of before leaving like i specifically asked them. All in all the other tenants are great, the maintenance tea. Was good but the office runs everything in a money hungry not a care for anyone manner. (The photos are from the 5days i had to stay while they made the surface repairs)"
