"Moved here in December of 2023 and didn’t read the reviews until after I moved in, but these apartments are definitely okay for the price, move in was easy, Richard made Everything smooth and I haven’t seen a roach yet!"

"For the love of god do not move into a one bedroom in this complex or just don’t move in here at all, period. There is no central A/C and there are roaches all in the walls. You have been warned"

"I've lived here almost two years. I would have to say that it's very peaceful and pleasant. I did have a problem with a neighbor but the staff tried taking care of it bu the rambunctious noisy disrespectful neighbor won. I moved as a result because the staff did not know how to take care of the problem. i loved this place but I was becoming sick as a result of the neighbors behavior to the point the police were involved 2 times. There are no bugs ever in this place and before this crazy neighbor it is constantly quiet. Definitely was a blessing for me but then a nightmare. I don't know about recommending this place to friends or family members. Janet from the office was always the most helpful she initially took care of my leasing paperwork and has also been there anytime that I had any questions or concerns. Thank you park of Rialto staff but ya'll need to do better with ongoing tenant complaints, not only listen to people but do something that works the problem out. It will make your place better."

"when I first moved in, I loved the place. It had a cute older charm, the neighborhood was quiet and well maintained. now, 3 years later, and I am at my wits end- thank god our lease is almost up. for starters, my charming apartment has been overrun by roaches. the pest control provided every few months ($25 fee) is inadequate to address the problem. I’ve tried every bug spray imaginable, we never leave food or garbage out, these things are unstoppable. the quiet neighborhood has transformed into one of screaming, unruly children who destroy the nice landscaping, leave piles of garbage, and even pull down the lamp posts, and the parents encourage their behavior. even if I could look past all of this, I am now writing this after discovering a nail in my tire, for the third time. In the past year and a half, this will be the third time I’ve had to have a tire replaced, and while it’s not the most expensive repair to have done, I’m not living here because I’m rich- quite frankly, I don’t have the funds to constantly replace tires due to the carelessness of the maintenance team and leasing office. the people who work here are very nice people, but it doesn’t change the fact that in almost every way, living here has become a nightmare."
