So you’re paying over $1,000 a month and paying extra for laundry like the least they could do is put AC so someone doesn’t die of a heat stroke. I took a shower before doing laundry here and it was pointless because I’m soaked now"

The health inspectors should close this place. They sell owners every year so that you won’t be able to sue or hold anyone accountable. BEL AIRE NEEDS TO BE CLOSED"

"Be careful these are basically attached trailers homes. Mold due to lack on ventilation..mold behing wall paper in bathroom laundry room and closet by bathroom. Stay away. I see nothing has changed here."

"If your looking for a new place to live and have bad credit don't even bother trying to apply here it will be a waste of an application fee. My husband and I were denied because we both have bad credit and we had the ridiculous amount of money they asked for which was $45 per application $100 hold for the apartment $300 pet fee $750 deposit $1,065 a month in rent $35 a month for the dog the grand total was $2300 (for 1 bedroom) on had in a cashiers check and was told my money wasn't good enough because our credit was bad."

"The landlord that used to be there in 2014-2015 and before was a horrible person. The apartments were bad maintained with a hole on the kitchen and bathroom and mold on the walls. I had to break the lease, she charged me and sent it to collections for a ridiculous huge amount."
