"These apartments are spectacular! I've only been there for a short time but I love them! They are divine to live with as a family! They provide a lot of security and from what I can see the people who live here are mostly families with children! The administration has great attention, whenever you need they are available for you and look for the best solution, very friendly and efficient! I love being here and I'm very happy about it!"

"Definitely recommend anyone looking to rent in the Cutler Bay area to these apartments. Overall a very family based community that has improved exponentially throughout the years. I honestly haven't had a problem with any of the staff on the contrary they've been helpful and understanding when it came to any work order. Great location when it comes to any necessities being right next to the US1. Also the amenities are a big plus with pool, convenience store within the complex, and a gym with enough equipment for an effective workout."
"These a-holes terminated my lease after only one year for no reason. I was an exceptional tenant and they basically forced us to move out! It's already a struggle to find a place and i thought we'd stay longer than one year. Could never speak to a manager and tried several times. They also force you to pay for their internet which is 75. I had to break my contract with Comcast which cost me money. The buildings elevators are always breaking so enjoy taking the stairs. Would not recommend this place to anyone. It was cheap rent at first but then like every greedy slug in Miami decided to raise everyone rent. I seen them kick out a lot of people to do this."
