"Been living here for over 3 years. Good apartments for a decent price. Most neighbors are nice. Alejandro from the office is incredibly nice and helpful, very polite and attentive. Maintenance is pretty quick in fixing issues in the apartments, they’re also very nice and respectful. Pet friendly apartments. Very family oriented apartments. There are a few things that could be better in the facilities (particularly the gym - the machines are a little old but they get the job done) and parking availability, but honestly, everything’s pretty great all things considered."

"I have been living here since 2011 and throughout the years Royalton on the Green has continued to improve and upgrade. The spaciousness of their apartments make you feel like a home owner. If you ever encounter an issues inside or outside of your home they have an easy to use online platform for residents. If you want to talk to someone they have always been willing to dedicate time over the phone and have an answering service for after hours. Royalton also invests in showing their appreciation for all their residents by hosting outdoor movie nights and pool parties! I’ve lived here for over a decade. Royalton on the Green feels like home."

"Lived here one year. Ana is a good front lady always pleasant and helpful. For the most part the apartments are clean. There are pests and critters but they spray every month. My issue more so was they duped me 1200 out of my deposit due to “I didn’t inform them 2months out I was moving” even though I gave them substantial notice and vacated on time while leaving the apartment as I received it (clean).I know COVID has everyone hurting but I should not have to pay a full month when I did everything correctly. Major flaw your system. I found it to leave a bad taste on an otherwise painless experience. Despite that still gave 3 stars"

"This community is extremely beautiful, well kept and peaceful community. The office staff was extremely accommodating and friendly also. It could not be better located and it’s in the amidst of all the major highways, lot of shopping, restaurants, transportation and schools. New amenities offered such washers, dryers, Updated pool, gym equipment, appliances and upgrades in all the apartment s And again lovely place to live.. great service and personnel! It’s a great place to call "home". The property manager named Ana and her entire staff always greets you with a smile and are very helpful to our needs, and are quick to attend to any problems that arise. The grounds and facilities are kept clean every day by friendly courteous workers. The workout rooms are open 24//7 are rarely crowded and the pool area is lovely. I love the convenience of the elevator and covered parking."
