No major assessments as most things have been updated already and they are very forthcoming with things that are happening! New boat ramp, 2 pools for owners to use, outdoor grilling stations, and tennis courts! This community has it all!"

"Landings of Largo is one of my favorite condo complexes in the Upper Keys. The fabulous new marina is perfect to launch your boat for a day on the water...and if you are one of the lucky owners of a slip, it is very convenient to keep your boat on a lift in your slip. The community pool area in the marina parking area, is fabulous for relaxing and splashing. The quiet pool by the apartment buildings is a perfect zen spot. Colorful buildings with townhouses and condos make this a perfect Keys getaway home."
