"Same experience, this association has the worst service! The communication is slow and nothing seems to move forward, this Association works for us, the owners, not the owners form them having to go out of our way to follow up and get things done. The wost!"

"As of October 2023 Las Brisas Doral this new association is the most awful customer service there is. They just comunícate with you by email if it is by phone they transfer you to a voice mail incredible you don’t get anything done. They just get paid and that all it matter for them. I will love to know who’s their supervisor and report them."

"My wife was called the day prior to a storm we were having and said if I did not remove my second vehicle, it would be removed. No problem. Understood. But after I move my vehicle that I was asked, I wake up to have my only vehicle I had towed. My first vehicle that is bright orange that I have had since the day I moved in. So let me get this right. You ask me to move my vehicle in a rude way might I add and after I move it off property, you have my primary vehicle towed. How goes that make since? Maybe it has to do with the damages were seeking for my mother in laws vehicle that was improperly towed causing transmission problems. Luckily her insurnace got involved and are handling that matter. Now I have to see what damage was caused by this tow to my car."

"Worse place to live! SERIOUSLY! It's as if I moved into a prison full of unprovoked RUDENESS and DISRESPECT. Nice community. But the security and the association that run it "Renovations Property Management" are so rude it is unbelievable. Both the office and security unfortunately don't speak English, so it is hard to communicate with them. The place feels like a prison. Guest have only a window between 9PM-11pm to get permits for parking, if not, you will be towed! Also you only get 3 nights a month for guest. Unreal! Example: if you have a fiance like my self, they come visit you and you go out to dinner in 1 car before 8PM you need to revolve you whole schedule and all your plans to come back to Las Brisas in the 9-11PM window get a permit (because they wont give it to you before or after) and then go back out again. It is ridiculous. And forget about her spending the night over after she drives 45 min down from Weston to spend time together. AGAIN! You only get 3 visitor permits a month. SERIOUS PROBLEM THAT IMPACTS YOUR PERSONAL WELL BEING/ RELATIONSHIPS. I would of never have purchased this overly priced house knowing it was run like a prison with visitation hours. It is no way to live! I've been here 2 years and its gotten worse and worse. ***UPDATE: I HAVE MOVED***"

"I stay at Las Brisas when I visit home from college. My family has been living here almost 8 years and I've got to say that this is one of the worst complexes in Doral. Don't waste your money here. It's ridiculously unprofessional. Management refuses to pay decent money to fix the gate. A guest and a resident cannot enter simultaneously. This causes a huge delay in cars entering the complex, it also causes problems as the guest needs to repeatedly dial only to have their granted access go to waste over and over again. And the security? No. The majority of the security officers are extremely rude and unhelpful. There are a few kind ones who are very helpful, but they are the rare exception. In fact, I have been called a "descarada" by one of the crew. There's never a need for such behavior. Parking is another major issue. There is never any guest parking available and don't even get me started on their guest policies. The apartments themselves are quite lovely and the area is aesthetically pleasing, but this is all worthless in the end. Who would want to live in a complex that makes you and your guests feel unwelcomed?"
