6600 Main

"We have been residents here for close to 3 yrs at this point. When I say you should not move here I am serious. Why? Because you will get SPOILT if you live here!!! Living anywhere else will be a struggle after staying here. Everyone and I mean EVERYONE from the Apt manager (Selene) to the office staff, Vanessa, Ynarvy and Adrianna are beyond the most amazing people. I’m not just talking about being efficient at their jobs. I’m talking about being so unbelievably nice you feel like you really are at home. Every time I’ve walked into the office they’re always all smiles, ready to help out with whatever is needed and are always asking about me and my family. It’s never just business only. Then there are the maintenance staff. Miguel. He’s now the manager for maintenance, but we have known Miguel from the time he was one of the maintenance staff. I have never seen a more diligent harder worker than Miguel. Even when 6600 main and miami lakes were going through the massive influx of people in 2021/2022 and were at full capacity, Miguel always had a smile on his face. ALWAYS POLITE, ALWAYS GOT ANY MAINTENANCE ISSUES FIXED IMMEDIATELY. He’s very justifiably been promoted to the position of manager because in all the apartments I’ve lived in from CA, to AZ to Miami, FL he is THE BEST maintenance person I have ever encountered. Plus he’s just a great human being overall. And now we have Alberto, who is just as amazing and has always taken care of any maintenance issues promptly and with a big smile. Then there are the other staff who handle the facilities, I do not know their names but I know their faces and they are always smiling and keep this building in absolutely amazing condition. But here is why I said do not move here if you don’t want to risk getting spoilt. I have become friends with many people in this building. One of my friends moved out over a yr ago because she had to move to south Miami. She messaged me recently telling me that she has been through 2 different apartments and she said “I got really spoiled at 6600 Main. They keep the building in such amazing condition, are so efficient and are just amazing. I have had all these problems at all these other apartments I’ve stayed at since then and none of them are as nice as 6600 main.” The long and the short of it is, obviously I am kidding about not moving here if you don’t want to get spoilt. MOVE HERE!!! This place is amazing. Yes the building is great, the facilities are amazing, the amenities are great. But what makes this place blow every other place out the water are the people that work here. I mentioned them but I will mention them again. The Leasing office (Selene, Vanessa, Ynarvy & Adrianna). The maintenance staff (Miguel and Alberto) and all the people working to maintain the property and the ancillary staff. I cannot say enough amazing things about 6600 Main."

"We absolutely love living here. We have been here for almost 2 years going on 3, Ynarvy is always helpful and Selene as well. They take your concerns seriously and rapidly find solutions. We love how friendly the staff is and the building is up kept at all times, they always clean the halls and keep all the common areas beautiful. "I really enjoy living here. The entire staff is amazing, from office staff to maintenance. I lived here in 2020 up until the end of 2021 during the pandemic and I loved 6600 Main so much that I moved back! There are so many local spots that are walking distance. You have Main St across from the street. It is a pretty peaceful and family oriented area. I definitely recommend living here."
