"Great service, clean sheets, but the buildings are failing! Second floor room smells like urine. We moved to third floor, smells musty, but better than urine. Stair carpets are tearing off. The shower is tight, between no curved shower curtain and the soaps mounted on the wall. The tub has scratches, rust spots, and drips forever after trying to turn off. Broken thermostat controlled from the wall unit. Windows seem busted (seals, springs, caulk). Kids and adults are lounging around our car, and stay loud in the hallways late at night."

"It is the worst Marriott I have ever stayed in; I have been with this brand for over 25 years. I have been to many old hotels; it doesn't mean there is no service. Breakfast was a joke, constantly empty plates. Don't go with the name... it's not a Marriott quality."

"This hotel was a dump, I can’t believe this is a @Marriott Bonvoy property ! There was a stench immediately upon entering building number two, which is where we placed. when I asked one of the hotel staff about the odor, I was told, “it’s the smell of old wood. It always smells this way.“ I was never given the option to move rooms in order to alleviate the permeating stench in the room. We were supposed to have housekeeping every other day, which happened only once during my five night stay. The gymnasium which is advertised as a full gym only has three machines one treadmill one elliptical machine and a bicycle. The smell of marijuana was all over the hotel once 6 PM hit in fact, one of the hotel staff also informed me that that smell was very normal as they knew which guests were the ones who were smoking on the premises. However, nothing was ever done about that. My room key constantly needed to be remade despite me never placing it on a magnetic or phone background as the hotel staff member continued to blame me for doing. There was finally one staff member who exuded some common sense after seeing me so often asking for a key to be remade by providing me with a black key rather than the red key with the hangers on it. I also simply don’t understand being a Marriott Voy member, how I never received this stay on my Marriott app, which would have helped us solve this key problem by providing me with a digital key, This Marriott Bonvoy property is awful awful awful! There are no positive words to describe this place."

"AVOID THIS HOTEL. can’t believe this is a Marriott. Seems like there is people leaving on the ground floor and they are frying onions. It smells like pee mixed with fried onions everywhere. It’s moldy, dirty, carpet ripped off. It’s a shame that this hotel is open. Marriott should deflag this property. Tier it down and build a new one. Disgusted."
