"Beware of Royal Shell in Ft Myers, Bonita Spring and Estero. Lovely bunch of ladies who have absolutely no idea what they're doing. They manage your property fine, but when the lease is up, they allow the tenants to leave the property a mess. They do nothing to get the property back in shape to re-list. I had to go down to Florida myself to coordinate of all the cleaning and repair. They try to push you into renting to their own employees below market rate rather than find you the best tenant possible. Much happier with Gulf Coast Realty"
