"Management is terrible at communication and follow up. I've asked for my lease renewal for the last 2 months (you have to give notice before moving out and said I wanted to see my new lease BEFORE signing so I could give my notice if I didn’t want to continue). After walking into the office in person on at least three occasions to ask, having someone write my information down each time, and still not receiving it - it's pretty understandable to be frustrated. How am I supposed to give a notice without being given the new lease to review in a timely manner? For 'luxury living' and how much we pay you'd expect more professional, friendly, and top notch customer service. Also the mail room is so bad. I now ship everything to my office because packages get lost in the abyss or you can't enter the room without a code that only gets sent out occasionally."

"The apartment and amenities are amazing. The office and maintenance staff are also incredible. The major issue I have is when RPM took over as the Property Manager my bills were constantly incorrect. I would have charges for items they weren't even sure what they were for. It was a monthly battle to get my bill correct. There is a reason RPM Living is rated F with the Better Business Bureau."

"I took a tour with Lauren at the Aspire Cape Coral apartments and was overwhelmed by how lovely the apartments are and how luxurious the amenities feel. The gym is really big and well equipped for an apartment complex gym. The pool area is so nice. The apartments are spacious and have higher end finishes. The best part was how knowledgeable and helpful Lauren and the assistant office manager have been through the entire process. Every question I had, they were there to help. I highly recommend Aspire if you are looking for a lovely place to move to!"
