"Plumbing issues that never get addressed even though the remodel men Left a gallon of sand in the guest bathroom tub with no faucet. master bed room shower leaks and floods master bath. Ac unit runs so hard during the summer it makes the electric bill go up to almost 300 a month and when it does finally get cold the heat does not work and the counter tops are a fake laminate that have a pockets and bubbles. Windows don’t seal properly and all of which have been reported yet never get a real worker out here for maintenance other then a cheap ac company that says nothings wrong….. overpriced and unfair to the renter."

"After renting from them for almost 3 years I chose to move on a month-to-month lease. We had the place professionally cleaned and the carpets shampooed. know that these carpets are 30 years old they were not brand new carpets and the place was full of really old junky furniture when we took the lease. They decided to keep our full deposit of $1250 claiming they had to have the carpets cleaned again replace this old kitchen table set and have the place cleaned professionally and was charged $1290. Don’t rent from them they are not professional they will do whatever they can to scam you. Worst mistake of my life trusting Darren who didn’t handle anything from day one!!! Do not rent from these people."

"Jean is very rude and lazy. She lied to the new renter. I called her out to the owners and it got fixed. They did not disclose the pool heater was broke and refuse to fix. She allowed the new renters to just walk around the house with no supervision while showing it. We were told if we found new renters we would get our $1,500 back. We did recived 1000.00 and they kept $500.00. the house was left cleaner than i got it. This place is a joke! she needs to retire... they will lie and keep your money and not fix anything. Take pictures of everything... before you move in.. that will save you stress of them trying to take you for everything. Coming from Dallas to this dump we were out in 8 months couldn't handle this rental company. It took them 6 months to fix the damage from the storm. We set up a walk through they couldn't be bothered to show up. thank goodness i took all the pictures and had my first walk through papers. THEY STILL KEPT 500.00 OF MY DEPOSIT RENTERS BEWARE OF THIS RENTAL COMPANY. 4548 Pebble beach dr."

"I wish I could give them ZERO stars. Jean is very rude, especially to younger renters. She treated my husband and me like children. The owner of the home we rented was not doing his share of the maintenance on the pool and Jean's response was "it's your responsibility, not his, you need to deal with it." Not according to the lease it wasn't. Not long after, we get a phone call from the owner's home insurance company stating that our house would be inspected within 48 hours and that we needed to clean/rearrange our home for the inspectors. I called the office to see what was going on and we never heard back. Extremely unprofessional and disrespectful."
