"Live there years ago, staff very ignorant especially the main lady, and they favored my neighbor, I paid rent on time didnt complqin, not even.about the black widow spiders amd water moccasins. They were just very rude and ignorant.."

"P the details of my experience my uncle lived there and my mother lived there they would not fix my mom's windows till after she moved out from the hurricane to wind the cells were completely cracked had him come from the office which is very rude especially the lady and asked him about he so when she moves out they'll fix it they will never give you back your deposit so you might as well say goodbye to it my mom's unit was totally clean she's a handicap woman personally paralyzed and she's supposed to move the refrigerator in the stove out and clean behind there and I heard professional to come in and clean the carpet it was a brand new carpet that was in there there was nothing wrong with it was hand clean but no deposit back but yes very rude people I liked it when the orange groves were there and that building wouldn't even there my uncle he had problems too"

"I lived there for about a year and I absolutely loved it, the neighborhood was very quiet. I moved out because I had gotten approved for housing. How I regret making that move. I miss that place to much. It wasn't boring to me at all."

"I've lived there and I'm so disappointed with the area and management. The manager is so RUDE and DISRESPECTFUL with his client's that lives there!!!! When you need a to fix something inside the apartment is takes days or even months falling bath tiles with cheap product that handyman put to hold the tiles! There NOTHING there to do in that Community so BORED. It's BETTER of to pay a little more of rent and not being living in a area where there isn't nothing to do!!! Thanks God I had moved out to another city with excellent environment with pool, shuffleboard, bingo a lots of activities. If you're going to rent a apartment do a your home work search your apartment and read the reviews in that apartments locations. I did my homework!"
