"I’ve lived here for 5.5 yrs and there has been three managers in that time. The current manager is Diana S. she smiles when she greets you, listens to your compliments and concerns. Most of all she makes sure that your stay is as pleasant “as she can.” When I put in a work order she goes above and beyond to make sure maintenance handles it, and maintenance is great. My refrigerator had been worked on several times and it was still making a loud noise, this was before she became the manager. I called her on last week and informed her and she made sure I received a new one. I really appreciate her and hope she stays as long as I’m a resident. Thank you Diana S. for all your hard work, you are appreciated."

"I’ve lived at this community for two years and sadly it is coming to an end. I’ve wanted to live here for years since I turned 18 and couldn’t afford it and now it’s insanely expensive and I can, funny how that works. I’ve loved living here, the office staff and property manager are super nice and accommodating. I live in a smart home but it never worked in the two years I’ve lived here. At first I kept being told that I was on the waitlist for an Alexa and eventually stopped asking. It wasn’t a deal breaker for me. There is an issue with dog poop not being picked up but that is not managements fault people just don’t seem to care and are extremely inconsiderate. The property is nice and clean otherwise, I love the set up of the court yards my toddler has been able to run and play without me being worried about him being too close to the parking lot or major road. I would love to stay here but I need more space and cannot afford the two bedrooms but I will miss it here for sure! Thanks Diana and staff for being so great!"

"This place used to be great to live in, nice and clean and quiet. Now there’s dog poop in the washers and dryers, no lighting at night so for someone that has to walk to the farthest corner of the parking lot to park because there’s no visitor spots close by it’s dark and dangerous. They sure did raise the rent a few hundred dollars you would think that money goes towards our amenities but ere still using these 5 year old washers and dryers that haven’t been cleaned in years it’s gross and a slap in the face."
