"Applied with leasing office. Their lounge area is huge with a big screen TV. Leasing office, Lori was very nice. Hoping to get into a HUD apartment."
"**DO NOT LEASE HERE** READ BEFORE SIGNING LEASE!! Apartment charges will increase every month for miscellaneous reasons, making the lease quote obsolescence. When I moved in, there was a leak in the bathroom, the drawer in the kitchen was broken, the AC was not working and did not work for all months of the agreement, and there was a ROACH problem. Final straw was them taking $125 from my Refundable Deposit for “cleaning fees” when I left the place spotless. If I could give 0 stars I would. I believe they have fake reviews in an effort to increase their 1 star rating they previously had."
"I moved here a year ago at the start of the Pandemic. At that time I wasn’t able to view the apt. but the floor plans were very good as to where my furniture would go. I have great neighbors, people in general are very nice and the apartment is very convenient to shopping, Doctors, hospital and access to the Exressway. I just renewed for another year and look forward to the quiet and convenience the Veridian offers."
"Been living at the Viridian for almost 2 years, have seen many improvements. However, recently, the blinds were taken off the office doors. My cocern with this is there is no privacy for residents or management. That feels uncomfortable to me dsily. When simply walking in or out of the building I feel like I'm infringing on staffs work space and residents privacy and confidentially.. If the blinds seemed like a barrier between residents and management perhaps sheers or some kind of curtain would help the current fish bowl feeling."
