"I have COPD walking back and forth to the office no one is barely in there and they leave a number for emergencies and no response to that neither we have a new management seems like every 6 months no communication at all it's just so sad how this place done went down my daughter apartment toilet is clogged up she has no bathroom there's no plumbing company would come out here they haven't paid none of the plumbing companies b4 they did all this new stuff they should have fixed the plumbing first it's so bad and sad these managers want fix nothing but they want their rent"

"If I could leave this with 0 stars I would. This place is extremely god awful. No matter what building you live in you’re basically living a fire hazard and MOST or EVERYTHING won’t be working. You still have appliances, smoke detectors, air conditions units, etc that was in this place since BETHEL HEIGHTS. Management changes hands at the drop of a hat and unless you KNOW someone who just always have the latest news you won’t even know because they don’t even let you know AND whenever they change hands your paperwork is ALWAYS MESSED UP! I’ve lived here for YEARS and this place has brought me NOTHING BUT REGRET! This place is just a match away from being DEMOLISHED ANYWAY! If you’re looking for a place based on income I’m giving you the advice I wish I could’ve gotten and that is TO LOOK ELSEWHERE because ANYWHERE IS BETTER than this place!"
