Shantel went above and beyond to keep me posted and touch base with me while waiting for apt availability. When my apt became available, she kept me notified and executed all documents quickly. On the day of my move, Jake was so kind in assisting me with any needs that I may have had. I have dealt with previous maintenance men before and they have never gone beyond the bare minimum of what was required of them. Shantel and Jake are definitely an asset to this small, but charming apartment complex. If you love charming, historical homes, with a great management crew, than this is the place for you!"
