"My issues were never resolved. I basically moved into a broken apartment a month ago with multiple issues that have been reported multiple times and still to this day nothing has been done about it."
"I lived at this apartment complex for three years. this is a very quiet place to live, and the fountain is very beautiful and scenic. anytime I had an issue the manager was super helpful and always answered all my questions. English is not my first language, but the manager was always very patient with me and respectful. Also, the maintenance personnel were first class. They always fixed whatever needed fixing very quickly. The only reason I moved was because my new job required me to be closer to my place of employment. I think anyone that moves here would be very happy."
"If I could give this place 0 stars I would. Maintenance is horrendous, maintenance personnel doesn't even speak English and does not answer emergency requests on timely manner. Property is not well kept, you will find and smell duck poop all over the walkways by the lakes while walking your pets, that's not to mention you will get a bath from the broken sprinkler systems that shoot water everywhere but the grass. The amenities are broken/out of order most of the time- including the firepit by the pool which has never worked! Isel is an awful manager, and should be fired."
"While they aren't the worst place to live in the area, be prepared for some drawbacks. The A/C units are dated, and they use duct tape to keep them running. Some units have newer A/Cs, while others have older ones, making it unpredictable. The maintenance service is subpar, and the language barrier with the current maintenance person can be frustrating. There are no guards or security and the police can't do anything because the apartments are on private property. So if you have an issue in the middle of the night with people screaming and partying at the pool, don't bother with the police because they say that they can't do anything but tell them to be quiet, even if they don't live in the complex. The community can have an overpowering "Florida nature" smell due to nearby ponds on the property. Moreover, there was a concerning incident with a foul smell from a neighboring unit, which turned out to be a decomposing body. (This was happening for more than a month. No one checked on this poor old women to see if she was okay for over a month) If you choose to live here, you should be ready for unexpected surprises. Good luck!"
"Brittany was so helpful and very polite and efficient. This community has a great asset on their staff. The apartment is just what I need. I love the surroundings, the valet trash pickup service and the digital security gate as well as the amenities."
