"I absolutely love this apartment complex! The office staff and maintenance staff are courteous, kind and professional. The maintenance team is excellent at completing any request promptly as well. The neighborhood is beautiful with ponds and trees. I have yet to use the grill area, gym, pool, or tennis court, however, I look forward to doing so. I highly recommend renting here."

"I’ve been living at 30 West since 2019 and have rented 3 different units here. Wonderful complex and fair pricing compared to the area. Kasey, one of the properties managers is the absolute best manager I’ve had. As someone who’s lived all over the country, and almost solely in rented apartments I must say she’s outstanding. The maintenance team here is also incredible. Most places you live when you submit a request it can take weeks, the guys here are generally out the same day to fix any issues I’ve had. Again, outstanding place to live!"
