"So quiet and peaceful! These apartments are bright and modern with an open lay out. Clean and Beautiful kitchen & bathrooms as well as large closets and lots of storage space. Tina and Maurva in the leasing office are incredibly diligent and hard working. Maurva is very helpful if you need assistance with their online work order requests or if you just have general questions you need answered in regards to your apartment. Tina worked with me and my fiancé consistently through out the rental process and not only is she honest and willing to go the extra mile, she loves her job and recognizes you want to love your new home. Moving can be such a stressful experience so it’s just such a great feeling to know the people you’re working with to make your move happen, are as kind & personable as Tina and Maurva. ┊ ┊ ┊ ┊ ┊ ┊ ✫ ˚♡ ⋆｡ ❀ ☪︎⋆ ⊹ The neighbors are so kind, children play and laughter fills the air around the grassy courtyard as the sun comes down. At night you can expect to unwind, appreciate the weather & spend a quiet night out on your balcony or patio looking at stars through the large trees. Wonderful decision for me and my family."

"They will take money out of your deposit whether or not you clean up when leaving. Still, I made sure to not leave a mess all before Hurricane Ian came through the State. There is nothing in the Leasing Agreement saying that a cleaning fee is mandatory. People are having a having a hard time out here and communities like this should not be stealing from their tenants. There is no reason for this, I hope that they will do the right thing."

"Worst place to live in your vehicle will get broken into ur apartment will get broken into they have a poor management system theres always thrash everywhere even if u order food it will get taken from in front of ur door ur packages will disappear and they will have there tow company tow ur car even though u have lived in the building over a year and no security whatsoever the gates spend the days open and nights to….. worst place to live in"
