"Would be great if they used some of the money they’re using to buy rocks for the riverbed towards appliances that were made after 2010. All of our outlets are shorting out constantly, I had to get a new phone because one of them fried my brand new iPhone. 300$ I’ll never get back. And I’m beyond annoyed with almost getting hit by cars every time I pull into the complex. You know a place is going down hill when Bradenton police has a square car patrolling nightly/daily at a place that supposedly has “security amenities”. If your goal is to spend $2000 a month to live in a Time Machine that takes you back to 2004 then this is the place for you."

"I’ve lived in this complex since January and am absolutely BAFFLED by how this place is managed. Firstly- for how much you actually end up paying, don’t expect super nicely renovated apartments. We have so many light switches that don’t do ANYTHING. No ceiling fans or lighting ANYWHERE except for the dining and kitchen. Most outlets are loose, therefore you regularly have plugged in things falling out of the sockets. They don’t replace the blinds for the sliding door so most of them were broken/chipped before we even moved in. The floors are unbelievably warped- I can lay a ball on the ground and it sure as hell isn’t staying there. We have parts of an old door mat stuck to our patio floor because of how long it sat there before we moved in. The front gates are atrocious- you regularly have 1-2 broken and no matter how much they get them fixed. Give it another day and there right back to being busted- HUGE security issue right there. We’ve had a reoccurring pest problem, (both ants and roaches) for MONTHS and haven’t had hardly any help. They had scheduled pest control ONCE without telling us and because we weren’t expecting it, we missed it and that was a few months ago. We stay on top of keeping the apartment clean of food and trash because of how bad it can get and we’ve hardly put a dent in the problem. The AC unit doesn’t work properly, normally I can tolerate it but with expecting a baby in the next month- I really shouldn’t have my home over 80 degrees during the day- I keep the doors locked and the blinds closed to minimise the amount of heat but it does nothing. The riverfront laundry unit is overrun with ants and regularly has machinery broken and shut down. You have over 200+ people trying to share primarily one or two laundry units throughout the week- which means good luck trying to get any done! I was really excited to move in here because of all the little amenities, the location and overall look of the property. Even Diana is just great in the leasing office! However I’ve only been extremely let down since living here. Keep looking elsewhere, there’s a reason the complex has been dropping in rating."

"Getting to be really ghetto in here. Old apartments that are way overpriced. No insulation in the apartments which means your air conditioning will be running constantly. Gates are either broken, nonresidents will ride your asd to get through the gate, or because the exit gate is always up they'll run in through the exit. Staff doesn't monitor the fitness center where kids will use a parent's key fob to go in and screw around. Used to be quiet, now see Bradenton police in here all the time. Can't recommend this, more and more single parents on government assistance coming in. One night midnight, there was what can only be described as a block party at the pool, underaged drinking, smoking dope, baby diapers thrown in the parking lot...nothing done. Any damage the residents get to pick up the tab in higher rent. Tried to find the picture I took of the laundry facility which is trash."
