"We have had nothing but issues living here and our buildings fire alarm doesn’t even work. Apparently it’s been going on for awhile and still isn’t resolved.HUGE SAFETY CONCERN!! You ask questions and no one in the office knows the answers. My water and sewer bill has gone up drastically in the last couple months, no one can give me an answer on that. Walls are paper thin. Appliances are falling apart. When we moved in the A/c didn’t work for 3 days. Valet trash doesn’t come until 1 o’clock in the morning. I’ve lived in 3 different states many apartments, some worse shape than these and had a better experience ! Only positive note is Jeremy in maintenance has always been here when I put in maintenance request and he’s been great. But other than that We cannot wait to get out of here."

"Unfortunately Lost Creek has gone downhill. I have expressed my concerns with the cleanliness of the complex and it's amenities as well as my request to get maintenance team to service my apartment needs. Request was sent on the 21st of November and we are well into two weeks into December. Do not recommend this apartment complex."

"I really enjoy the kind and courteous staff that are here . They all are great! The maintenance crew try to meet the many demands that keeps everyone happy and they do their very best to get to a work order as fast as they can. Tessa is always friendly and a warm welcome when go to the office and she always is very knowledgeable and willing to help with any need. She most definitely qualifies to meet the management we need here. Kenny seems to always be friendly and knowledgeable and goes above and beyond to make sure things are fixed right. All the maintenance people that I personally have met seem very knowledgeable and take the time needed to get things fixed.I recommend this place to anyone I hear is looking for an apartment."
