"Just like everywhere else in St Pete rent going up with no added benefits. No pool, no workout room, still got to pay to use the laundry facilities. What a joke to pay so much for 4 walls, pot holes in the parking lot and not much else. My friend used to live here until they raised her rent a few hundred a month and she was unable to afford to live here anymore. They slapped on some new paint, changed he name to make it fancy and gentrify it but it is the same old disgusting bones. Roach infested especially the garbage shoot. If you decide to tour this place, carefully open the garbage shoot located on the second and above floors by the back middle stairway and you will be greeted by hundreds of little roaches. Look at the way the back parking lot is not maintained with huge holes in the lot. That should be enough to tell you to stay away from this expensive nightmare."

"I want to save someone the headache & stress please DO NOT LEASE HERE .. I moved in December 1st and moving out JANUARY already.. this building is infested with ROACHES I mean INFESTED BADLY you are better off in a shelter,leasing does not care she will act as if she isn’t aware of the roaches when I have started a codes case on the building and there has been multiple cases with that problem.. they are in the refrigerator,bathroom bedrooms EVERYWHERE.. it is not worth it please save yourself I will be taking this company to court this building needs to be shut down!"

"Not happy unit constantly flood in the kitchen and bathroom. You would think that would be emergent however, no repairs, and don't even call this happened since move in. So trying to resolve things in a proper matter doesn't work here and is roach infested even tho this service is included in your bill."

"I recently went to tour this building. While the location is convenient and the square footage is fair, the building itself is very old and unkept. It smells like cigarettes in the halls and the leasing office is difficult to find. I had to ask a resident where to locate it. The elevator was disgusting, small and had writing/drawings on the walls. When I found the office, it was a maintenance closet- super cluttered, dirty and hot. The apartment was middle of the road. The "renovations" looked awful but the overall look of the apartment was decent. In my opinion, I wouldn't pay more than $1100 for this apartment - let alone $1495. HOWEVER, The Leasing Agent was very sweet. 5 stars for her."

"ROACH INFESTED!! This entire building is disgusting. There’s roaches everywhere. The office staff are nice but shortly after you move in you will realize that they have NO IDEA what is going on. There's not been one time where I spoke to the office for them to know the answer to my question. I’ve lived here two years and it's been the most horrific experience in my life. We had a gnat problem for MONTHS, our AC went out last summer in the FLORIDA HEAT for nearly two months. NO PEST CONTROL - Pest control is also non-existent here, in the two years that I stayed here they did not have pest control not once. The laundry machines are old and gross, they ruin and fade all your clothes. My advice, if you can afford to even spend $100-200 more, just get the other apartment. If you see good reviews on here it's from the staff and their friends. When I was moving out someone literally said "Getting out of the roach motel". If you don't believe me, make sure you check out the dumpster shoot when you visit the property. I guarantee that will tell you all that you need to know. The BEST decision that I ever made was moving out of this disgusting place. You're welcome, I just spared you from a year from hell."
