"Current tenant of the Lakeside Villa property. My ground-floor apartment has flooded from the plumbing backing up 5 times since moving in early 2021. There's no website and no way to leave a maintenance request. The emergency maintenance team is just other tenants equipped with a single shop vac and few mops. No effort has been made to solve the plumbing issue despite raising rent for all tenants."

"I called to inquire about renting here and I spoke with Jonathan. I was surprised just how knowledgeable he is about what is going on in this city. It was refreshing to talk with someone who made you feel welcomed. The apartments are a good size for the price. I had been to some others that had so many hidden fees. He was upfront about everything. I also liked that I don't have to pay for parking. I signed up for the alerts so I will be notified when an apartment is available. If the timing works out this will be my place. I love the courtyard. It would be great if they had a gym that's the only thing I'm a little bummed about."

"I met with Jonathan in the office, and he was very welcoming and accommodating in showing me the apartment and explaining the application process to me! The apartment was beautiful and really clean, but unfortunately they don’t have any available at the moment. I’ll be waiting for an apartment to become available, and they were helpful and accommodating in showing me around without taking my money like other places. The pool is awesome and the courtyard is a hidden gem in St. Pete. Can’t wait for an apartment to open up."

"I have recently moved into the complex within the past couple months, so far my experience has been great. The court yard is beautiful with an exceptionally large pool, grills, and picnic areas. They allow pets which is great and there is even a nice pond out back where we can play with and walk our dog. The units are surprisingly large, very clean and well kept. All in all the complex is beautiful and well maintained which is surprising considering its age. The property manager Jonathan and his staff are super friendly and helpful. Throughout the application process Jonathan was very helpful, friendly, and most importantly he was consistent and always got back to us. We all know that moving can be very stressful however Jonathan’s help and assurance really helped relieve a lot of that stress and made me confident that I would not only be happy at my new home but most importantly feel safe."

The courtyard and pool are kept up which creates a nice environment."
