"I moved out over 3 months ago and still have yet to receive my deposit back. I have had to escalate it to the regional office as I am not getting any responses to emails or phone calls. Lack of communication was a problem while I was there, I would send multiple emails and there would never be an acknowledgement. When I was moving out I was asked several times what my move out date would be despite telling them in person, over the phone, and on three separate emails. This lack of communication carried over for whenever there were issues with the building. Overall the amenities were ok, though if something was broken it would take a very long time to be fixed. The neighborhood can be a bit sketchy and not always safe to walk, which defeats the purpose of living close to downtown. Parking is a struggle as there is only one spot per apartment, regardless of how many bedrooms or tenants are living there and guest parking is extremely limited."

"Untrustworthy and mediocre management. I had to escalate my concerns to the regional manager to prevent involving my attorney. It’s been over 100 days since I moved out, yet I still haven’t received my deposit refund. But it gets worse. They erroneously sent me to collections for a charge due to an accounting mistake. Despite repeatedly following up for weeks, the property manager failed to resolve this issue. Ultimately, I was forced to contact the REGIONAL MANAGER to address this and avoid legal action. The manager keeps saying he’s sent the check and even made up a fake tracking number. It seems this review isn’t the first to mention issues with refunds, so beware! I wouldn’t recommend this apartment complex under current management."

"Do not rent 202. You will be suffering from the noise by trash compactor all the time because it runs constantly after midnight 1am 2am and 3am. I wrote and complained multiple times about this issue but nothing has been done. The response from the management that they cannot do anything about it. This is fundamental flaw of the building. 202 is next to the trash compactor so the 202 resident will be mostly suffered from this. I have to noise cancellation headphones or EarPod whenever it starts running. I am paying more than $2000 per month and this issue is getting worse and worse. Other than that, this place could be very nice except a couple of other issues. Just don’t rent unit 202 if you care constant noise from a big machine after midnight."

"SIYA was our an excellent, attentive & professional server! Ask for her if you dine in. The place is a good vibe ! The drinks are really good. Expected bigger portions for the price of the food but it was really good! 10/10"
