"0/5 stars. Very unsafe property. I was nearly shot in my own home by a neighborhood teen and his friends playing with a gun. The management team has terrible communication, often do not reply and do little to nothing to rectify situations. We experienced a 17-hour power outage with no update after they said it would only be an 8 hour outage. Water consistently shut off with little to no warning. Management tried to blatantly violate our lease and did not respond when asked for justification/clarification. They attempted to add on additional fees without our consent or an addendum to our lease. Also the emergency maintenance line is a joke, I called them at 10PM and did not receive a call back until 9AM. Unless you are in a SEVERE financial bind, go somewhere else. Note: You will notice all of the positive reviews are from people who have not yet moved in and are speaking on their very misleading first impression."

"I was told that my apartment would be done a week AFTER I signed my lease. No one has been by since I signed my lease. My Apartment was not painted or cleaned before I moved in and i have had a water leak since before I moved in, and no one has come by. Not one person here has kept their word including the manager. Emergency maintenance only includes fire and flooding, anything else isn't worth a call back. I have never seen anything like this. I had to change my own garbage disposal. I would never recommend anyone moving here. I hate giving bad reviews and gave ever opertunety to turn it around but nothing. Not even a my bad. This appears to be the norm."

"The maintenence and management of these apartments are the worse. It take MONTHS to get any issue addressed and that's after constantly emailing, calling and harassing them to come do their job . The plumbing is terrible. My shower takes up to 8 hours to drain , they have not been out to fix it in over a month. The outlets in my kitchen are out, they haven't come to fix that either . DO NOT waste your money moving out here. You'd have better luck at a homeless shelter"

"This is an ok place, if you keep to yourself. They pay more attention to fixing up the place than your maintenance orders. Also, it's a hassle to pay your monthly rent when they keep adding on fees or website problems. They water the grass everyday no matter the weather. I believe the staff is not very helpful when having a issue, they all just shift the blame on the next being inexperienced at their position. The trash is normally as ways over flooring. Once there was a problem with the broken pipes which caused everyone to use one lane when entering and exiting back just before mother's day and it wasn't repaired until October. Ventilation systems are connected to your neighbor's so if they smoke marijuana you indeed will smell it quite strongly. They are very cheaply put together as far as parts inside."
